Evil cooks
In these days I've found myself a couple of times involved in discussions about Gordon Ramsay, whose TV antics I find rather entertaining - but I still don't get how he could have become such a superstar. And quite frankly, I find a lot more interesting the original baddie of English stoves stardom, Marco Pierre White. In this picture, he looks like some gangsta from a Sixties French movie.

Madonna che nostalgia... ci tornerei già.
A questo simpatico pescivendolo rubizzo ho chiesto il permesso di fotografarlo. Mi sentivo tanto turista giapponese.
Questa è un po' fotoscioppata, ma molto poco. C'era davvero una luce strana.
La zdaura era arzillissima e le lampadine molto natalizie.
Ho comprato una borsa viola, però non qui.
La bellezza di una vacanza la misuro anche dal numero di ice coffee che riesco ad ingollare. Too-much-coffee-woman. Mi vergogno a dire che in realtà questo nella foto era in uno Starbucks, l'odiatissima ed onnipresente catena di franchising. Ma era veramente squisito: per un ice coffee perfetto /me disgraziata passa sopra a molte cose.

Volevo fare una macro per photosciocc per questo effettaccio ma so che non lo farò mai, per cui ve lo spiego in breve:
- duplicate il layer
- quello sopra, gaussian blur 10
- quello sopra, blend multiply
- FINE!
L'effetto è che i colori sbavano in un modo stranamente piacevole. Viene meglio con le foto decisamente high-key e molto sature, dunque non esitate a pasticciare preliminarmente l'immagine. Non ricordo chi me l'ha raccontato, mi sa che è uno dei più vecchi trucchi del libro.

Non so bene perché, ma questa foto mi mette allegria.
